About the Role:
Our client, a dynamic experiential agency with a passion for creating unforgettable brand experiences, are looking for an Account Manager to join their team. This agency specialises in festival activations, delivering large scale brand experiences and sampling campaigns for some of the world’s leading consumer brands. Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with your client, acting as their trusted advisor. Understand their goals and translate them into impactful experiential campaigns.
Project Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of festival activations, sampling campaigns and roadshows, from concept development to on-site delivery, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative and production teams to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure seamless delivery.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, timelines, and invoicing processes, keeping clients informed and projects on track. Track agency and vendor costs to help ensure profitability.
Reporting & Feedback: Provide post-event evaluations, gather client feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
