About the Role:

Our client, a global brand experience agency with a stunning portfolio of award-winning work, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. This agency are creating unforgettable experiences right now for some of the world’s biggest brands, including cultural launch events, experiential, immersive experiences, large scale brand experiences and more. They’re rapidly growing and offer an incredibly supportive, fun and innovative culture. As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be working closely with the projects team to deliver multiple events throughout the year, overseeing some of the agency’s key accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects and accounts from brief to completion.

  • Build strong client relationships, thinking strategically and playing a pivotal role in translating clients’ visions into unforgettable experiences. 

  • Manage project workflows, objectives and timelines, with full overview of the production and delivery. 

  • Negotiate client contracts as well as supplier fees, ensuring value for money and efficiency. 

  • Make sure all projects are properly resourced and build clear lines of communication with the team to ensure all projects are on target and delivered on schedule. 

  • Understand clients’ objectives and provide transparent communication on what’s achievable, managing clients’ expectations. 

  • Overseeing the creative process to ensure feasibility of ideas and designs, ensuring your clients’ visions are realised. 

  • Maintain a strong awareness of market trends that impact your clients’ accounts. 

  • Present concepts to your clients in a clear and concise way, putting together engaging and informative decks.

  • Accountability for the growth of client accounts and responsibility for financial planning, forecasting, reporting and management across each account. 

  • Attend and present pitch presentations as and when required.
